Mr. Nitin Gandhi has always been a diligent entrepreneur since his youth. After completing, M Pharm, DBM, he has been associated with healthcare and pharmaceutical domain for the last 22 years. He has worked extensively with various segments of healthcare like – Nutraceuticals, Cardiac, Diabetes, GDM, Pregnancy & Lactation, Arthritis etc. Along with this, he has launched various CSR activities too like 12 x 12, Project DISHHA, Project Ankur, GDM and Anand Insulin Bank. He has always strived hard for the betterment of the society and thus he proved his deeds by starting a school in Maharashtra named Guru Anand Sanjivani Trust that is shaping young hearts that come from an under privileged background.
His success journey revolved around healthcare and so Nitin Gandhi believes that, it’s time to pull up our socks and give it a thought about what we eat which will add to a healthy lifestyle. To accomplish this, it is necessary to eat healthy and residue free and that can be achieved by going Organic. With this vision, he nurtured first of its kind Bio dynamic Organic fertilizer Organofer in 2014. To add to this successful journey, today varied farmers in India are extensively using Organofer for an array of crops. With this, his dream of producing nutritious crop to add to a healthy lifestyle is shaping up progressively.
“Being a trustee in Goshala, I always had a desire to make high quality Organic fertilizer which will build organic carbon of soil and in turn produce better yield and organic produce. I strongly believe that organic farming and organic produce will not only give more nutrition but will also make people healthier”.

Mr. Satyajit Wandhekar had a successful innings since college days. He not only completed his Graduation and Post Graduation in Agriculture but also pursued Masters Programme in Agribusiness Management from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune. During this stint, Satyajit won several accolades like Shri Anantrao Panjabrao Deshmukh ‘Gold Medal’ for securing the highest Cumulative Grade Point Average on the subject ‘Scientific Report Writing and Use of Library’. Before venturing into Anand Bio Organics, he has worked with biggies like Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd, German International Cooperation (GIZ), Bonitas Agro Saswad, Pune and many more. Satyajit aims to implement his experience for spreading awareness about organic farming.

Mr. Samir Gandhi has always been a virtuoso in farming. After completing his BSc in Zoology, there was no looking back for Samir Gandhi. In his journey to success, he managed and nurtured 10 acres of land for almost 18 years. Not only this, but he also contributed his farming prowess in Parner. His proficiency doesn’t end here, because along with Anand Bio Organics, he also holds the post of Trustee at Guru Anand Sanjivani trust and Anand Insulin Bank which works for the betterment of the society. His aim is to spread awareness amongst the farmers about organic farming.

Mrs. Archana Gandhi is the soul of Anand Bio Organics, as her dynamic nature has always been motivating. She has left no stone unturned in spreading the awareness of organic items as she runs a Bachat- gat for women. She also plays a vital role on social front as she tutors under privileged students. She also holds the position of Trustee at Anand Insulin Bank in which she educates and provides free insulin therapy to juvenile diabetic patients. Her aim is to help underprivileged students as well as farmers and create awareness about organic farming.
